The "Energy Infrastructure Attacks" platform is the mapping component of the Targeting Energy Infrastructure (TEI) project at the Center for Security Studies (CSS), ETH Zurich. The project is managed by Jennifer Giroux, a researcher with the Crisis & Risk Network (CRN) research group at CSS.
